We love your planning services and portfolio. Everything sounds fantastic, so can you tell me what sets you apart from all the other planners out there?Being an event professional takes passion and dedication. Period. I really truly care about every special event I plan and design as much as every one of my clients cares about it. I consider it an honor to be apart of such a special time in a couples lives. This all sounds so wonderful but am I going to be able to afford your services?I offer 3 different packages for wedding planning services and my fees are based on what each client wants and needs. Floral designs come in all shapes, sizes and flower varieties so yes....ceremony and reception decorations can be made to fit within every budget. and style.Will I lose control of my event if I hire you?No Way! While working with clients, I am always 100% mindful that I am here to help and not take over. I am here to help with my professional advice and recommendations and it is extremely important to me that I assist you in telling the story of your wedding, just as YOU envision it. Will you work with the vendors I have already booked or the ones I really want to work with? Absolutely.Do you have payment plans?Yes and I am always willing to customize payment plans to fit your needs.Do you have liability insurance? Yes.Do you take more than one wedding or event per day?I personally do not take on more than one event per day. How far in advance should I contact a floral designer when ordering wedding flowers and centerpieces?Flowers are one of the most important aspects of a wedding or any other special event. Your flowers and decor will set the mood and tone for the event and will be remembered for years to come. We can accept only one wedding or party on a given day, so it is important to contact us them well in advance to begin planning. Will you work within my budget?Yes. Be honest about your budget during the initial consultation so that I know what types of designs to recommend. By taking your budget into consideration from the very beginning of the planning process, I can give you the best advice on how to place the flowers for maximum effect and what types of flowers will be the best value to achieve your desired look.What should I bring to the initial consultation?The more information and photo inspiration you can provide to me, the better I will be prepared to offer creative suggestions for you. I want to tell your story so anything you can bring will be very beneficial. Photos that depict what you have in mind are extremely helpful. If you already have your dress, bring a photo and fabric swatch if available. Also photos of the bridesmaids' dresses would be helpful as well. Also think about what 'style' of wedding you want. If you are not sure, I would be happy to offer suggestions based on your wedding plans so far.What can you do to help me stretch my ceremony and reception budget?Besides suggesting specific types of flowers that will work within your budget, I can offer helpful suggestions as to what flowers might be used at both the ceremony and reception. I have tons of creative ways to make use of your budget and flowers wisely, so call me today for a consultation.How many weddings/Events do you service at a time?I personally only handle one event per day. This allows me the opportunity to make each I am working with my top priority. I promise to give you my complete attention and commitment. Because we take such a limited number of clients at a time, we book quickly; therefore we strongly recommend that clients plan at least 6 months ahead. Dates are booked on a first come first served basis. To book a date, we require a contract retainer, which is applied towards your final balance.Do you do site visits before the wedding/event?Always, Always, Always! I personally visit all sites (ceremony and reception) before the event to view the spaces and avoid any last minute surprises. At these locations, we take the opportunity to discuss your specific decor plans with the catering staff and to draft floorplans. My passion for what we do shows through in my designs and enthusiasm. I spend a great deal of time with my clients trying to "get into their heads" to ensure they are really selecting the designs they will be truly happy with. I will work closely with you from the beginning stages of planning, right through execution, to ensure your personal taste dictates the end result.
